What does Pro add?
Pro ($29/mo, up to 20 properties and 20 doors) unlocks the whole value layer: AI Assist on your own numbers, wealth and equity projections, autopay by pre-authorized debit (PAD), automated reminders & dunning, the CRA T776 tax package, accounting export, and market-rent benchmarks. It is the jump from "track one rental" to "run your wealth".
What does Portfolio add?
Portfolio ($89/mo) is for landlords who self-manage at scale: everything in Pro, plus unlimited properties, doors and team seats, bulk messaging, the public API, and the tooling for running a large portfolio with partners or an accountant alongside you. Each paid tier includes everything below it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time you grow, and changes take effect right away. Downgrades never delete your data. If you would be over a lower plan’s limit on properties, doors, team seats or owner logins, we tell you which one and ask you to fit under it first. Archiving a property frees its slot and the doors inside it, and nothing is deleted.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee, no contract. Plans are billed monthly in CAD, month-to-month, and you can change or cancel any time.
