Wealthru is a Canadian property management app for landlords and property managers. It shows you what your real estate is actually worth to you, and it runs the day to day that gets you there.
Most rental software stops at collecting rent. Wealthru starts there and keeps going, to the number most landlords actually care about. Your properties, their mortgages and their value roll up into one estimate of what your real estate is worth to you, and that number is the front page of the app.
Underneath it is the ordinary work. Tenants and leases, rent and receipts, maintenance and documents, screening, and the messages that go with all of it. Every dollar runs through one ledger in exact cents, so the money is either right or it tells you why not.
At the end of the year it hands you a CRA T776 package, grouped per property, ready to file or to give to your accountant. See what it does or compare the plans.
Wealthru is built and operated by Elvru Technologies Inc., a Canadian company based in Calgary, Alberta. Elvru is the company, Wealthru is the product it makes.
The product is built to do the repetitive work rather than hand it to somebody, and to integrate with specialists rather than rebuild what they already do well. Every commitment on this site is one we can keep.
The property software a Canadian landlord is most likely to find was built for the United States, and it breaks in the same four places every time. The bank rails are American, the credit bureaus are American, the tax output is a Schedule E rather than a T776, and the lease templates are state forms.
Wealthru is built the other way round. Money moves on Canadian rails, amounts are in Canadian dollars, year end produces CRA forms, and provincial rules such as deposit limits and rent increase guidelines are data the app can surface rather than something you look up yourself. Those rules are tooling, not legal advice, and the app says so wherever they appear.
The app, the API and the database run in Toronto. Documents are stored in a Canadian region as well. Your data does not leave the country in the ordinary course of running the service, which is a deliberate choice made for PIPEDA rather than a hosting accident.
Every commercial email and text carries consent tracking and a working unsubscribe, as CASL requires. Security and compliance has the detail, and the privacy policy has the commitments.
