For property managers
Install Wealthru on your phone or desktop
Add Wealthru to your home screen so it opens like an app, and turn on push notifications so you hear about what needs you.
Before you start
- Installing is free on all plans and works on phones, tablets, and desktops.
- You do not download anything from an app store. Wealthru installs straight from your browser.
Install on a phone or tablet
- Open Wealthru in your browser and sign in.
- When the Install Wealthru card appears, tap Install. If you tap Not now, it comes back next time you sign in.
- On an iPhone or iPad, tap the Share button in the browser toolbar, then choose Add to Home Screen.
- Wealthru now has its own icon on your home screen and opens full screen.
Install on a desktop
- Open Wealthru in Chrome or Edge and sign in.
- Click Install on the prompt, or use the install icon in the address bar.
- Wealthru opens in its own window and is pinned like any other app.
Turn on push notifications
- Open Settings, then find Push notifications.
- Choose Turn on push notifications and allow notifications when your browser asks.
- Use Send a test to confirm it works on this device. Turn it off anytime from the same place.
What happens next
- Push notifications follow the same rules as your other alerts. You only get the ones you have asked for, and you can turn them off per device.
- Notifications are per device. Turn them on again on each phone or computer you want them on.
Troubleshooting
- No install card appears. You may already have it installed, or your browser does not support installing. iPhone users install from the Share menu instead.
- The notifications switch is missing. Push is not available in this browser, or it is not set up on your account yet. Try again from a supported browser.
- Notifications are blocked. If you said no earlier, your browser blocks them. Allow notifications for Wealthru in your browser settings, then turn them on again.
If a page will not load
Wealthru shows a full screen message when it cannot load a page. The wording tells you which of two things went wrong, so read it before you change anything.
- "You are offline" means your device has no connection. Check wifi or mobile data, then choose Try again.
- "We could not reach Wealthru" means your device is connected and the problem is on our side. Nothing is wrong with your network, so there is nothing for you to fix. Leave the screen open. It keeps checking on its own and reloads your page as soon as we are reachable again, usually within a few seconds.
Try again checks whether we are back before it reloads. If we are still unreachable it tells you so and keeps checking, rather than sending you to the same screen again.
Your data is never at risk here. Wealthru does not store your account pages on your device, so a failed load only means the page did not arrive, never that anything was lost.
