Create your Landlord Wrapped year-end report

Get a shareable year-end "Landlord Wrapped" report of your portfolio. Your income, equity growth, biggest expense, estimated tax saved, and occupancy for the year, as a branded PDF plus a PII-safe share card.

Before you start

  • The year-end report is a Pro and up feature, alongside net worth and the tax pack. The monthly recap below is on every plan, including Free.
  • Every number is computed on the server from the records you already keep. Nothing is invented.
  • Equity growth and estimated tax saved are estimates derived from your own records and your valuation estimates, not market prices or guarantees. It is tooling, not tax advice.

Steps

  1. Open Net worth from the menu.
  2. Find the Landlord Wrapped card, pick the year, and choose Create my Wrapped.
  3. The report is built in the background. We email you a secure download link, valid for 15 days.
  4. Open the link to download the PDF. The link opens a one-time, short-lived download.

What happens next

  • A share card with your headline numbers appears once the report is ready. It carries only headline figures. It never includes tenant names, contact details, or property addresses, so it is safe to post.
  • Two buttons sit under the share card. Copy highlights puts the year, every headline number and the caption on your clipboard as plain text, ready to paste into a message or a post. Download image saves the same numbers as a square PNG you can post directly.
  • Both of them use only what is on the share card. Neither one includes the account reference, the full report, or anything about a tenant.
  • If your browser blocks the clipboard, the copy button says so and you can select the numbers on screen instead. If it cannot draw the image, the download button says that too rather than saving you an empty file.
  • You can request a fresh report any time. Requests are limited to a handful per day.

Your monthly recap email

Once a month Wealthru emails you a short recap of the month just finished, so you have a reason to check in even when nothing needs doing. It is on by default on every plan, including Free. If it stops arriving, the "monthly wrapped" setting has been turned off for your account, or you have unsubscribed from the link in the footer.

What it contains:

  • Rent collected for the month, and how that compares with the month before.
  • Your equity and how it moved this month. This is the point of the recap. Equity change is your property values minus what you still owe, so it moves both when values change and as you pay the mortgage down. Account owners see this. Property managers do not, because it is the owner's net worth rather than an operational figure.
  • Occupancy, how many of your units are occupied.
  • One thing worth a look, a single suggestion drawn from your own records, such as a lease ending soon or rent sitting below market. This one line needs a Pro plan, because it comes from the same insights engine as the dashboard advisor. The rest of the recap does not.
  • A button through to your Net worth page.

A figure with nothing behind it is left out rather than shown as $0. If you have no valuation on record, the recap simply carries no equity line.

Notes

  • The download link is single-purpose and expires after 15 days. Request a new one if it lapses.
  • Figures reflect the income and expenses recorded in Wealthru for the chosen year.
  • The monthly recap goes to account owners and to managers assigned to at least one property. A manager with no assignments does not receive it.
