For property managers
Sign in, reset your password, or unlock your account
If you cannot get in, this is the page. Everything below works from any device, and none of it needs somebody else to do it for you.
Reset a forgotten password
- Go to Sign in and select Forgot it? under the password box.
- Enter the email you sign in with and send it.
- Open the email and select the link. It is good for one hour and can be used once.
- Choose a new password of at least 8 characters and save it.
You are signed out everywhere as soon as the reset lands. That is deliberate. If somebody else had your old password, resetting it ends their session too. Sign in again with the new one.
The "check your email" screen says the same thing whether or not the address is on file. That is on purpose, so nobody can use the form to find out who has a Wealthru account. If nothing arrives, check the spam folder first, then confirm you used the exact address you signed up with.
Sign in without a password
Select Email me a sign-in link on the sign-in page. The link signs you in directly and does not change your password. Useful when you are on a phone and cannot remember it.
Change a password you still know
You do not need the reset flow for this. Go to Settings, use the Password card, enter your current password and the new one. This does NOT sign you out of your other devices, because you have proved who you are by typing the current password.
"No password is set for this account"
You signed up with Continue with Google, so there is no password to change. Keep using the Google button, or set a password by running the Forgot it? reset once against the same address.
Too many attempts
Sign-in, reset and sign-in-link requests are rate limited to protect your account from someone guessing. If you see a "too many requests" message, wait a minute and try again. Nothing is locked and nothing is lost. There is no permanent lockout in Wealthru and no waiting period beyond that minute, so you never need to contact us to be let back in.
Still stuck
If you can no longer receive email at the address you sign in with, that is a different problem with its own fix. See Change the email you sign in with.
This is tooling, not legal advice.
