For property managers

Review every message across your whole account

All messages is the second view in Messages. Where Conversations groups everything by person, All messages lists every message with every tenant, vendor and applicant in one log, newest first. Use it to answer questions about the account rather than about one person: what went out last week, whether anyone replied, what a specific tenant has been sent all year.

Open it

  1. Go to Messages.
  2. Tap All messages at the top.

Every line shows who the message was with, what it said, when it was sent, and how it went out. Tap any line to open the full conversation.

Narrow it down

Tap Filters (on a phone) or use the filter row (on a larger screen). You can combine any of these:

  • Contact, to see tenants, vendors or applicants only.
  • Direction, for outgoing (what you sent) or incoming (what they sent you).
  • Channel, for email, text, or in app.
  • Type, for real messages, automated messages, or internal notes.
  • From and To, for a date range. A date you pick as To includes the whole of that day.

Filters go into the web address, so you can bookmark a filtered view or send someone the link. Tap Clear filters to go back to everything.

What the three types mean

  • Real messages are what you and your contact actually wrote to each other.
  • Automated messages are the ones Wealthru sent on your behalf, such as a rent reminder or a rent increase notice. They are marked with what triggered them, they are read only, and they can never be mistaken for something a colleague typed.
  • Internal notes are staff only. They are marked Never sent to the contact, and the contact cannot see them anywhere, ever.

Reading one conversation without the automation in the way

On a busy tenancy the automated messages can outnumber the real conversation several times over. Open the conversation and use the Everything / People / Automated switch above the thread to show just the back and forth with the person, or just what Wealthru sent them.

Where the history starts

Both the log and the thread show a line like "Automated messages are recorded from 27 Aug 2026". That date is when Wealthru began keeping automated messages on the record for your account. Anything automated before it cannot be recovered, because the delivery audit deliberately keeps no copy of anyone's address or message. Real conversations you sent from Messages are kept from the day you sent them.

If you do not see that line at all, no automated messages have been recorded yet. Recording automated messages is a setting your account owner turns on.

If you manage only some properties

If your access is limited to certain properties, the log shows you only the contacts on those properties, plus vendors, which are shared across the account. Nothing from the other properties is sent to your browser at all. When there is more, the log tells you how many conversations that is without showing any of it, so you know to ask a colleague rather than assuming nothing happened.
