For tenants
Track every repair you have reported
Every repair you have reported stays on your account, so you can check what you asked for, when you asked, and where it got to.
See your recent repairs
Your home page shows your most recent requests near the bottom, under Your maintenance requests. Each row gives you the issue, the date you reported it, the visit if one is booked, and the status.
See all of them
Tap View all beside that heading, or tap Maintenance in the bar at the bottom of your screen. This opens your full list, newest first.
Before, your home page stopped after your 50 most recent requests and there was no way to see older ones without asking your manager. Now they are all in one place.
What the statuses mean
- Submitted. Your manager has it and has not picked it up yet.
- Acknowledged. Someone has read it.
- Scheduled. A visit is arranged. The Visit column shows the date, or says a date is still to be confirmed.
- In progress. The work has started.
- Completed. The work is done. The visit date stays on the row so you have a record of when someone attended.
Open one to see more
Tap any row to open the request. There you can read the messages between you and your manager, add a reply, add a photo, and reopen the request if the problem comes back.
What you will not see
Your list covers the repairs reported while you have been living there. Anything reported for your home before your tenancy started, or after it ended, belongs to whoever was living there at the time, so it stays private to them. The same is true in reverse. Nobody who moves in after you can read your requests or the messages on them.
If you share your home with someone else on the same tenancy, you both see the same repairs. That is so either of you can chase a repair without waiting for the other.
If something looks wrong
If a repair is missing from the list, it may have been reported against a different tenancy. If you rent more than one home, check you are looking at the right one from your home page. It may also have been reported before you moved in, in which case it is not yours to see. If it is still missing, message your manager from the request thread or your home page.
