For tenants

Accept your portal invite

Your landlord or property manager emails you an invite to the tenant portal. Accepting it is how you get in.

Steps

  1. Open the email and select the link. The page tells you which address you will sign in with, and asks for what it actually needs.
  2. If you are new here, enter your name and choose a password of at least 8 characters. If you already have a Wealthru account, it asks for the password you already use instead.
  3. Select Accept invitation. You are signed in straight away and your tenancy is there.
  4. Next time, sign in at the same address with your email and that password.

If you already have an account with us

Use the invite link anyway. The page recognises your address and asks for your existing password, so you keep one sign-in and one password. It never asks you to invent a new one, and accepting never changes the password you have.

Forgotten it? Select Forgot it? on that page, reset your password, then open the invite link again. The link still works.

If you type the wrong password the page says so and nothing happens to your account or the invitation. Just try again.

If the link has expired

Invites last two weeks. If yours has expired, already been used, or been cancelled, the page says so as soon as you open it. Ask your landlord to send a new one. They can do that from your tenant record in a couple of taps.

If your portal looks empty

That usually means the invite you accepted was not tied to a tenancy. Tell your landlord, and ask them to invite you again from your tenant record. Nothing is lost, and you keep the same sign-in.

This is tooling, not legal advice.
