For tenants

View your lease, documents, and receipts

Find your lease details, signed documents, and payment receipts in one place.

Before you start

  • You need a tenant account linked to your lease.

Steps

  1. Sign in. You land on Your home.
  2. Your lease summary shows your home, your rent amount, and key dates. If you rent a whole condo or house, your home is the property name. If you rent a unit in a building, it is the property and the unit together. If a move-out has been recorded for your tenancy, the date shows here too.
  3. Open the Recent payments panel to see your five most recent payments, and View all payments for the full history a page at a time. Select any row to view or download its receipt.
  4. Documents your manager has shared with you, like your lease or notices, appear in your documents area. Open one to read or download it.

When you are moving out

Once your manager records your move-out, your home page shows the date your tenancy ends. Rent for your last month covers only the days up to that date, so your final charge is usually smaller than a full month.

If the date looks wrong, message your manager. They can correct it, and the rent follows the corrected date.

What happens next

  • If your manager sends you a document to sign, you are notified. Open it to review and sign, and the signed copy is saved on your lease.

Troubleshooting

  • A document is missing. Your manager chooses what to share. Ask them to share it if you expect to see it.
  • A receipt will not download. Try another browser, or check your pop-up blocker. Receipts open from the Recent payments panel.
