For tenants

You cannot sign in

Being unable to get in is not something you have to sort out with your landlord. Most of it you can fix from the sign-in page.

You forgot your password

  1. Go to Sign in and select Forgot it?.
  2. Enter the email your landlord invited you with.
  3. Open the email and select the link. It works once and lasts an hour.
  4. Choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

If no email arrives, check spam, then check you used the exact address the invite went to.

You would rather not use a password

Select Email me a sign-in link on the sign-in page. It signs you in without one.

It says your email or password is wrong

The message is the same whether the address or the password was wrong, so nobody can use the form to work out who has an account. Try the reset above. Nothing happens to your account when a sign-in attempt fails.

You get "too many requests"

Wait a minute and try again. It is a speed limit that protects your account from guessing, not a lockout, and there is nothing to unlock.

You never had an account

If you have not accepted your invite yet, you cannot sign in yet. Find the invite email and open it. See Accept your portal invite. If the invite has expired, ask your landlord to send a new one from your tenant record.

You signed in and your portal is empty

That means the sign-in you used is not linked to your tenancy. Tell your landlord and ask them to invite you again from your tenant record. Nothing is lost and you keep the same sign-in.

Your email address has changed

Sign in and change it under Settings. We send a confirmation link to the new address and nothing changes until you open it. If you can no longer reach the old address either, ask your landlord to contact us.

This is tooling, not legal advice.
