For tenants
Keep your contact details and emergency contact up to date
Your name, phone number, and emergency contact live on your tenant profile. Your landlord or property manager uses them to reach you about your home, and uses your emergency contact only if they cannot reach you and something urgent is happening at the property.
Before you start
- You need a tenant account linked to your lease.
Steps
- Sign in. You land on Your home.
- Scroll to the contact details card. It is called Complete your profile while something is still missing, and Your contact details once everything is filled in.
- The card shows what is already saved. Change anything you want to update.
- Select Save my profile. A confirmation appears.
What happens next
- Your manager sees the updated details on your tenant record right away.
- Only the fields you changed are saved. Anything you leave alone stays exactly as it was, so it is safe to open the card, fix one thing, and save.
Removing a detail
To remove something you no longer want held, clear the field and select Save my profile. An empty field is treated as a request to delete that detail, so it is removed from your record.
Troubleshooting
- A field looks empty but I filled it in before. Reload the page. The card always shows what is currently saved, so an empty field means that detail is not on your record.
- I cannot find the card. It sits below your lease and deposit information on Your home. It is always available, even once your profile is complete.
- My name is wrong on my lease. The card updates your profile. If your lease document itself has the wrong name, message your manager, because a signed document cannot be edited here.
