For tenants

See and download your payment, charge and repair reports

Reports in your menu turns your tenancy into four reports you can filter and download. Each one covers only your own home, or homes if you rent more than one.

The Reports page on a phone with four cards: Payment history, Charges and statement, Rent paid, and Maintenance history, each with an Open report link.

Your four reports

  • Payment history: every payment you made, how you paid and where it stands. A payment that is pending, failed or was cancelled is listed too, so you can see it, but only a paid one counts toward your balance.
  • Charges and statement: what was charged and what was paid, line by line, with the balance after each.
  • Rent paid: the rent you paid each month, net of any refund. Payments toward other charges, like parking or a late fee, are not counted. It is handy at tax time.
  • Maintenance history: every repair you asked for, its priority and where it stands.

Filter a report

The filters sit above the report. Choose what you want and select Apply filters. Clear filters goes back to the whole report.

  • Period: a month, a quarter, the year so far, last year, or your own dates.
  • Amount: at least or at most a dollar amount, like 500 or 500.50.
  • A category: how you paid, the kind of line, or a repair's priority. Some reports also filter by status.
